Welcome to Aptixity. By accessing or using our website, developer portals, and virtual private server hosting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Aptixity's infrastructure to engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Hosting, distributing, or transmitting malware, ransomware, or phishing campaigns
- Participating in unauthorized port scanning or launching distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks
- Mining cryptocurrency or running intensive background scripts that degrade performance for other node tenants
- Hosting material that infringes copyright, trademark, or intellectual property regulations
2. User Accounts & Limit Enforcement
You are responsible for securing your password, SSH keys, and login credentials. Account limits (websites, RAM, SSD space, and databases) are dynamically enforced based on your active subscription or custom addons. Violations of plan caps or API rate limits may lead to automated service suspensions.
3. Billing & Refund Policy
Billing is processed on a simulated recurring monthly subscription model. Upgrade checkout processes are simulated for demonstration. All hosting fees and addon resource charges are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
4. Limitation of Liability
Aptixity services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, automated file persistence, or zero loss of database slots. Users must run independent backups outside our weekly standard schedules.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your virtual server containers immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these terms.
